We offer refunds, exchanges, and a few flexible options so you can choose what works best for you.

Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange (in cases where a physical return is required):

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact

 Clearance items and parts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your Resolution Options

Option 1: Full Store Credit

  • Receive 100% of the product value as store credit for a future purchase upon proof of cut wires

  • No return handling fee or transaction fee is deducted.

  • You must be logged in using the same email address we used to communicate with you / the email on your past order, so the credit can be applied to your account.

Option 2: 50% Refund & Keep the Item

  • As a one-time courtesy, you can receive a 50% refund and keep the product.

  • There is no need to return the item.

  • This is ideal if the product isn’t exactly what you expected but is still usable for you.

Option 3: Partial Refund (Return or Disable Use)

If you prefer a more traditional refund instead of store credit or the 50% courtesy option, we can offer a partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Your refund is issued to your original payment method

  • A return handling fee is deducted (details below)

  • When applicable, we require photo or video proof of cut wires to confirm the item cannot be reused or resold (this helps prevent returned items from re-entering circulation)

Return Handling Fees for “Changed My Mind”, “No Longer Needed”, or “Wrong Address” Reasons

For returns based on reasons such as changed mind, no longer needed, or a wrong/incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, a mandatory return handling fee applies based on your order total.

  • Minimum 15% return handling fee for orders under $500

  • 20% return handling fee for orders under $1,000

  • 35% return handling fee for orders under $2,000

  • 50% return handling fee for orders over $2,000

In all cases:

  • The minimum return handling fee is 15%.

  • Higher-order values are subject to higher return handling fees, up to 50% for large orders.

  • Our team will always confirm the exact return handling fee percentage for your specific order before you decide how you’d like to proceed.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
