Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If we detect a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser/device where required by law.

7. SMS/text messaging (marketing and cart reminders)

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us, we may send promotional messages and cart reminders (and, where applicable, order-related updates), based on your selections. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Cart reminders: Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember items you placed in your cart, including when you have abandoned your cart, which may be used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS (where you have opted in).

Authorized agent (California): You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

9. California notice (CCPA/CPRA-style disclosures)

Categories we collect: identifiers/contact, commercial/order history, internet/activity, support communications, marketing preferences.
Purposes: order fulfillment, support, security/fraud prevention, site improvement, analytics, marketing/personalization.
