Cancellation policy
We respect our customers’ requests to cancel an order after it has been placed. However, because we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing status. In some cases, a cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. In that case, you may refuse delivery or return the item at your own expense, minus any applicable return or restocking fees.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment.
You may cancel a pre-order item if the order has not been shipped yet.
